Glitterbliss.co.uk Ltd, will do thier utmost to process your order within 24 hours. However due to busy periods
this may extend to 4 - 5 working days. Should we for any reason are unable to complete your order within
that time we will contact you to make alternative arrangements. Glitterbliss.co.uk will not be responsible
for failure to meet specific delivery times. All UK orders are dispatched with a national courier service Royal Mail
and provide a Consignment and Tracking numbers
Upon receiving your goods we ask that you check its contents on delivery, if your not fully satisfied with
the goods ordered then do not sign the delivery of the goods but instead contact us within 24 hours of your
order on 01254 691453. This is so that we can proceed with the claim from the carrier on your behalf.
You will be liable to pay the cost of the return postage to us. Once we recieve your goods we will issue
you a new order. However If we find the goods and the content have been opened, tampered with or
the seal has been broken then there will be no refund or exchange. Please be aware due to
monitor calliberation the colour may vary upon different screens and is why we will not accept returns based on
wrong colour. We cannot refund edible items. All goods ordered are non refundable basis.
